Customer Care
  1. In the event of accident on board of our vessels please contact our crew members or our ticket offices for accident form.
  2. INSURANCE: Passengers are covered by insurance policy on our vessels during the operation of boarding and off boarding  and during the cruising time.
  3. Insurance cover for injuries reported by passengers  caused  by or consequent to any event related to marine accidents (collision, fire and so on).

Passengers with limited Mobility/Disability

According to present Italian Legislation NLG is offering dedicated services to assist passengers with limited mobility or disability.
All our Ticket Offices can provide, at time of booking  or  purchasing the ticket, all the relevant info on facilities on board of each vessel, supplying  every day and for any departure time the name of vessel.
All units of our fleet can accommodate people with limited mobility problems including wheelchair users on the condition that they can be moved on the vessel seats. The Italian legislation does not allow people to remain seated on their wheelchairs during cruising. During cruising all our crew members (as indicated on their working uniform) will be offering support and assistance.
In the section “The Fleet” are clearly indicated for each unit of our fleet, number of seats allocated to people suffering  limited mobility and presence of toilet facility to them.
A causa variazioni giornaliere nelle esigenze di servizio, per le linee del Golfo di Napoli e Salerno non è possibile stabilire con anticipo quale unità sarà impiegata su un determinato orario e pertanto non è sempre garantita la disponibilità di un bagno fruibile dai disabili che deambulano su sedie a rotelle.
Tale informazione potrà essere richiesta solo alle biglietterie di scalo al momento dell’acquisto del biglietto di passaggio marittimo o del ritiro delle carte d’imbarco per i biglietti acquistati on-line.
